So many different reports – Eat this, don’t eat that, butter versus margarine, low-fat, no-fat, protein or carbohydrates – don’t mix foods that fight, drink eight pints of water a day – or is that eight glasses? Eat your greens, avoid too much meat, not too many eggs, the list goes on and on !! Can’t decide who’s right and who’s wrong ?? Help is at hand – in the face of so much confusion, we have a stunning solution for you. It’s a multi-purpose functional food, disguised as a shake. This specially formulated, unique blend of ingredients provides high quality soy protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, dietary fibres and herbs. The antioxidant nutrients Vitamin C, E ans selenium can help protect against cell damage.

And if you’re concerned about your cholesterol levels – Good News – because the inclusion of at least 25g soy protein per day as part of a diet low in saturated fat can help reduce blood cholesterol. Two Formula 1 shakes plus a 10g serving of our Protein Supplement Powder can provide over 25g of soy protein!

Simply replace two normal meals each day with shakes, for instance, a shake for breakfast and another for lunch, then enjoy a nutritious, healthy meal for your evening meal. For 25 years, Formula 1 has been used around the world by dieters – it’s simple and it works!

Formula 3 - Performance Protein Powder

Performance Protein Powder is designed to easily mix with other foodstuffs to increase your protein intake.

People trying to lose excess fat often cut back on protein in an attempt to reduce their calorific intake. Where there is not enough protein available to help maintain and repair the body, it is taken from the muscles.

In order to maintain a healthy intake of protein you need 1 gram of protein powder for each kg of body weight. Protein Powder includes approximately 5 grams of protein per tablespoon without any carbohydrates, fat, sugar or yeast together with soy protein, which can help maintain healthy cholesterol levels that are already within a normal range. As a sportsperson in training and taking part in competitions, you are encouraged to consume approximately 1.25g-1.5g of protein per kg of body weight.
